The A in A&J Transmissions stands for Austin, a second-generation mechanic. A combined effort with his partner and good friend Jeff, the J in A&J. We have 40 plus years of experience between us, 22 plus years in business together, and 5 years at their current location in Austin, Arkansas. Austin and Jeff are self-taught mechanics who have passed vigorous and extensive certification testing from ASE and ASTG. The owners and their staff all have a deep respect and love for repairing vehicles and enjoy the puzzle of figuring out the root of an issue and then fixing and improving upon it. At A&J Transmissions, they do not sacrifice quality for quantity; their transparency and skill hold them in the highest esteem with their loyal clientele.
